Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for fundraising management, assessment of fundraising needs and market conditions, formulation of fundraising targets;

2. Responsible for introduction of external funds, designing cooperation modes, formulating and implementing corresponding fundraising schemes;

3. Develop and maintain various fundraising channels, including but not limited to banks, insurance, securities firms, listed companies, local government platforms, state-owned and central enterprises; maintain cooperative relationship and achieve fundraising;

4. Complete the preliminary contact of fundraising, invitation for negotiation and signing, and supervise the coming of funds

Job requirements:

1. Finance, management and economics related majors preferred;

2. More than 10 years' working experience in fundraising or financial institutions; familiar with VC/PE fundraising and investment and other private equity fund operation process;

3. Possess rich social resources and high-quality high-value institution or individual customers, and wide connections in industries such as listed companies, securities firms, trusts and funds.

Job responsibilities:

1. Study and analyze international macroeconomic policies and development trends of hard&core technology industries such as semiconductors, new materials and intelligent manufacturing;

2. Explore investment opportunities in line with the company's value concept;

3. Organize in-depth analysis and research of investment opportunities, and put forward investment proposals and programs;

4. Take charge of post-investment management, reveal post-investment risks in a timely manner, and conduct post-investment supervision, management and the after service.

Job requirements:

1. Master's degree and above in finance, business management and economic management, hard&core technology background preferred;

2. More than 8 years of practical experience in investment operation, rich in business resource reserve, and possess successful IPO cases; partners or above of well-known investment institutions and securities firms are preferred; 

3. Deep understanding of hot investment industries and fields in hard&core technology such as semiconductors, new materials and intelligent manufacturing, as well as of investment business;

4. Possess group management experience.

Job responsibilities:

1. Formulate investment strategy and direction based on the company's development strategy and the development trend of the economy and the industry, and complete annual investment target;

2. Look for and discover investment opportunities and projects related to biomedicine industry and the big health industry; develop and maintain various investment information and project resource channels;

3. Carry out investment transaction negotiations and project risk control, promote and facilitate investment decisions and coordinate investment progress;

4. Assist in project financing and guide the work of team members.

Job requirements:

1. Doctor's degree in fields related to biomedicine, multidisciplinary background in finance, economy, law and management is preferred; possess knowledge related to investment;

2. More than 6 years of working experience related to biomedical industry investment or mergers and acquisitions, with a good record of leading investment and M&A projects, and with a deep understanding of the macroeconomic situation and the development trends and investment opportunities in industries and fields such as biomedicine, big health and innovative medicine;

3. Those with extensive high-quality project source channels are preferred;

4. Possess strong abilities in external & internal communication and coordination and in learning;

5. Honest, realistic, high sense of responsibility, career-minded, and able to work under pressure.

Job responsibilities:

1. Complete the screening and evaluation of new energy investment projects independently, and assist the superior in charge in screening the reserve project library;

2. Grasp the industry dynamics of the new energy projects to be invested, conduct financial forecast and risk analysis of the projects to be invested, prepare promotional documents, formulate due diligence report, feasibility research report and framework agreements, draft project implementation schemes and action plans, and provide reliable basis for investment decisions;

3. Lead investment transactions, carry out investment project operation and management, including drafting investment decision documents, formulating investment agreements, project negotiation and signing and investment implementation, establishing and maintaining good business relationships with partners, competent authorities and potential clients.

Job requirements:

1. Master's degree and above in finance, economics, accounting, science & engineering and other related majors; those with science & engineering and finance compound discipline background are preferred; 

2. More than 5 years of working experience in investment, with certain management experience in funds, equity investment and PE projects; 

3. Have project development resources in new energy industry and a deep understanding of the industry developments in the segmented fields of new energy; 

4. Excellent ability in oral and written expression, data analysis, judgement, coordination and teamwork.

Job responsibilities:

1. Cooperate with the department head to formulate appropriate fundraising plans based on the company's strategic objectives, market environment and regulatory policies; able to implement and achieve fundraising goals;

2. Establish and maintain good cooperation with banks, trusts, securities firms, funds and other financial institutions, and constantly develop and expand new channels for company fundraising;

3. Draft project fundraising schemes or financial business report, and evaluate the economic feasibility of the project;

4. Conduct consultations and negotiations with the other party on transaction terms and conditions during the fundraising transactions with financial institutions; coordinate the related work of various departments such as the finance department and the legal department;

5. Take charge of the department team building and daily staff administration.

Job requirements:

1. Master's degree and above, majors such as finance, law and accounting are preferred;

2. More than 5 years of working experience in institutional capital expansion, those able to complete cooperation projects of financial institutions and with successful fundraising experience are preferred;

3. Those with institutional capital channel resources such as insurance, banks, public funds, securities firms, trust companies, listed companies, finance companies of central enterprises, etc., are preferred;

4. Strong professional abilities, excellent comprehensive qualities, of great initiative, strong sense of responsibility, good at communication and coordination, and able to work under pressure;

5. Understand the structural design of financial products;

6. Familiar with the internal approval process of capital cooperation with banks and other financial institutions;

7. Honest, realistic, strong execution skills, team spirit.
